E Dian Tone International Co., Ltd. (EDTI) was founded in 2005 by a team of technical professionals specializing in mobile device after-sales service and retail channel operations.
The company is dedicated to providing professional, efficient, and integrated repair services.
In 2024, EDTI officially relocated to the New Silicon Valley Building in Nangang, marking a new milestone in expanding its service capacity and operational scale.
For nearly two decades, EDTI has provided Level-3 repair services in Taiwan for multiple international brands — including Apple, LG, Xiaomi, and OPPO — while maintaining close collaboration with major telecom channels to build a comprehensive technical support network.
Apple IRP Authorized Independent Repair Center
Since 2013, EDTI has expanded into the 3C product sales business, offering both brand-new and certified pre-owned devices, along with after-sales support and home appliance maintenance services.
In 2022, EDTI obtained official authorization as an Apple IRP (Independent Repair Provider), granting access to genuine Apple parts and repair systems — a recognition of our technical expertise and service quality.
